Free until you have enough orders to need more
Alerting is never the thing we take away. Every plan runs every detection rule. Paid plans add volume, and get exceptions into the systems your team already works in.
For a store finding out whether this happens to it.
- Up to 200 orders a month
- Every detection rule
- Email alerts
- Dashboard and order links
For a store where someone is accountable for the money.
- Up to 5,000 orders a month
- Signed outbound webhook
- Thresholds you set yourself
- Recovery notifications
- Reporting and gateway reliability
For a finance team that needs the whole history.
- Unlimited orders
- Full exception history
- Multiple alert destinations
- Priority support
The free tier is not a trial — it does not expire. On Shopify, paid plans are billed through Shopify on your existing store invoice and you can cancel any time.
The honest version
What actually changes when you pay
Nothing about detection. The same rules run on the free plan as on the most expensive one, because an alert you do not get is worth nothing to us either. What you buy is volume, and the ability to route an exception into a system rather than an inbox.
| What you get | Free | Growth | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orders monitored each month | 200 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
| Every detection rule | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Email alerts | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Signed outbound webhook | — | Yes | Yes |
| Alert destinations | 1 | 1 | Several |
| Thresholds you set yourself | — | Yes | Yes |
| Recovery and reliability reporting | — | Yes | Yes |
| Exception history kept | 30 days | 12 months | Everything |
If you go over the free limit
Monitoring does not stop and alerts do not stop. We tell you that you have passed 200 orders and leave it with you. Nothing is switched off on a store that might have money owed to a customer.
If you cancel
You drop to the free plan rather than to nothing. Your open exceptions stay open, because they represent refunds that still have not reached anyone.
Find out whether it is happening to you
Installing takes about a minute and reads the last 60 days of orders, so the first thing you see is whether any refund has already failed.
